On the occasion of Women's Day, I find myself reminiscing about the meaningful moments I experienced during my time at the Academy of Dhivehi Language. This workplace holds a special place in my heart because of the wonderful people and the unique camaraderie we shared.

 

Each day at the Academy began with a heartwarming tradition of exchanging compliments, fostering an atmosphere of genuine appreciation and support. This simple gesture set a positive tone for our interactions, making every day a joyful occasion. Even when faced with challenges, the uplifting spirit of my colleagues made overcoming obstacles seem more manageable.

 

One of the most cherished aspects of our time together was our tea breaks, where laughter and camaraderie flowed freely as we shared stories and anecdotes. These informal gatherings not only strengthened our professional bonds but also forged deep friendships that extended beyond the workplace.

 

I fondly remember the warm greetings and infectious smiles of Soadhube and Madulu Waheed, whose presence added an extra layer of warmth and positivity to our days. Their unwavering kindness and support embodied the spirit of compassion that defined the Academy.
